About Us
Tiffany Rose Bodger represents veterans and their family members throughout the country and abroad.
Tiffany is proud to call Nevada home. She was born and raised in Reno, is a University of Oregon alumni - a proud Duck through and through, and attended McGeorge School of Law. Following graduation, Tiffany returned to Reno to complete a judicial clerkship and then entered into private practice, focusing on civil litigation.
In 2008, Tiffany and her husband moved to Washington, D.C., where she was fortunate enough to serve as an attorney with the Department of Veterans Affairs, Board of Veterans’ Appeals. There, she honed her knowledge of the VA claims and appeals processes and gained expertise in VA benefits law. During her tenure at the Board, she wrote countless decisions and assisted in numerous hearings.
After nearly five years at the Board, Tiffany and her growing family decided to relocate back to Nevada. Shortly thereafter the Bodger Law Practice opened its door, with a specific focus of representing veterans and their families as they navigate the VA appeals system.
Tiffany knows the issues that are considered within VA decisions and has the experience needed to guide veterans and their loved ones through the VA claims and appeals processes before the VA and the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (CAVC).
